We provide a complete service; from the point of enquiry to technical support and aftercare. Our vast knowledge of materials & metallurgy allows us to create designs with optimal geometry to maximise cutting efficiency and swarf extraction whilst minimising tool wear and cutting forces. Upon enquiry, our engineers will interpret your drawings, applications and manufacturing methods to suggest the ideal tooling solutions tailored to suit you.

RAPID DELIVERY
All of our tools are manufactured in-house in our UK SITE, this enables us to have complete control of our manufacturing processes and offer special tooling on a quick turnaround, with manufacturing lead times as little as 2 working days.
NO MINIMUM ORDER
As manufacturers of special tooling, no order quantity is too small.
We will manufacture as little as 1 piece upto 1000+ pieces, including special dimension & completely non standard items.
At T-TECH quality comes first, we utilise the finest quality grades of HSS, HSSE, HSSEPM & TUNGSTEN CARBIDE sourced from suppliers in Western Europe and the UK. All materials & processes carry QC certification with full traceability.
