We will request the necessary information required to manufacture a working solution for your restoration needs.
Our capacity allows us to manufacture STAY TAPS with any diameter and length; this includes any non-standard thread form or tapers.
DESIGN
We aim to have a full design proposal with you within 2 working days of your enquiry.
Our expertise in cutting geometries ensures our taps cut freely, reducing the possibility of binding or ripped threads.
We employ our understanding of stay tap function & design to ensure our design is optimal whether cutting new or cleaning existing threads.
MANUFACTURE
All our products are manufactured in our UK facility.
We manufacture in Vacuum Hardened HSS & thread-grind to ensure optimal hardness, durability and surface texture.
